Their expertise was rarely<br \/>\nperceived and even less recognized as equal.<br \/>\nWhereas established organizations of the dominance society rely on full-time structures<br \/>\nand on comparatively good personnel, time and material resources.<br \/>\nmigrant organizations are usually made up of volunteers from the<br \/>\nstructures and operate under difficult financial conditions.<br \/>\nCollaborations are successful when they are based on partnership and cooperation.<br \/>\nare aligned.
