Coaching can create clarity in one&#8217;s own sensitization and reflection processes and current conflict situations and provide orientation for possible courses of action. Concerns can come from both private and professional contexts (e.g. decision-makers and process owners). This form of consulting is not about advice and ready-made solutions, but about support in finding one&#8217;s own solution. You can find more about our power-critical-systemic consulting approach <a href=\"https:\/\/www.glokal.org\/was\/machtkritisch-systemischer-beratungsansatz\/\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>We consult in our Kreuzberg office, by phone or via skype, from perspectives of color as well as white perspectives.<\/p>\n<p>Unfortunately, we do not have any funding available for coaching at this time.
