Questions that can be dealt with in the process concern power-critical organizational development in general (e.g. how a process of so-called intercultural opening can be approached or continued) or also specialist questions that have an impact on other areas of the organization: for example, the reduction of discrimination in public relations materials is often directly related to other areas of tasks and responsibilities in organizations and must be dealt with holistically.<\/p>\n<p>Our form of organizational consulting usually takes place in person or by phone, usually with individuals or small groups of decision makers. Since our funding is only project-based, consultations must be billed by the hour. Funding is available for a limited number of organizational consultations.
