Organizational Consulting

We offer institutions, organizations and initiatives individual power-critical-systemic consulting on current issues and concerns. Questions that can be dealt with in the process concern power-critical organizational development in general (e.g. how a process of so-called intercultural opening can be approached or continued) or also specialist questions that have an impact on other areas of the organization: for example, the reduction of discrimination in public relations materials is often directly related to other areas of tasks and responsibilities in organizations and must be dealt with holistically.

Our form of organizational consulting usually takes place in person or by phone, usually with individuals or small groups of decision makers. Since our funding is only project-based, consultations must be billed by the hour. Funding is available for a limited number of organizational consultations.
